Installation time varies depending on the size and complexity of the display. Once your design is approved, our team works with you to schedule a convenient installation date and completes the project as efficiently as possible while maintaining professional installation standards.

Safety comes first. If weather conditions make an installation unsafe or impractical, our team will work with you to adjust the schedule and complete the installation when conditions allow.

Yes. We provide proactive seasonal maintenance. If a bulb burns out or part of your display needs repair during the season, simply contact us and we will handle the issue at no additional charge.

Standard takedown begins after the holiday season, typically in January. Extended display periods may be available by special request, but all lighting must be removed before March 1. Our crews carefully remove the display, label the lighting and store it at our warehouse until the following season.
