Service Description

Tennessee Christmas Light Installers provides professional holiday lighting services for residential and commercial properties.

Services may include design, professional installation, maintenance during the contracted season, takedown, labeling and storage of lighting materials.

The exact scope of each project is determined by the customer's approved quote, project design and any additional written agreements.

Tennessee Christmas Light Installers also offers permanent exterior lighting solutions. Permanent lighting work may be subject to separate pricing, specifications and service conditions.

Pricing & Deposit

Pricing is determined based on the size and complexity of the property, lighting design, materials, installation requirements and other project-specific factors.

Any estimated pricing shown on the website is provided only as a general reference and does not constitute a final quote.

The customer's approved written quote controls the final project scope and pricing.

Deposits or advance payments may be required to reserve installation dates, purchase materials or begin work. Any applicable payment schedule will be stated in the approved quote or service agreement.

Disclaimer & Warranty Conditions

Tennessee Christmas Light Installers works to provide professional materials, installation and season-long customer support.

During the contracted holiday season, customers should contact us if installed lights require repair or replacement. Covered maintenance will be handled in accordance with the customer's service agreement.

Service coverage may not apply to damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, animals, third-party interference, unauthorized modifications, electrical problems unrelated to our installation or damage to customer-owned materials.

No website content should be interpreted as a warranty beyond the specific terms provided in the customer's written quote, invoice or service agreement.

Service Terms & Conditions

By approving a project, the customer authorizes Tennessee Christmas Light Installers and its installers to access the portions of the property reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information and for identifying any known hazards, access issues, electrical concerns or property restrictions that could affect installation or removal.

Installation and takedown timing may be affected by weather, safety conditions, staffing, scheduling and other circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.

Takedown is generally performed after the holiday season. Customers requesting extended display periods should communicate those requests with the company in advance. Seasonal lighting is intended to be removed before March 1 unless otherwise agreed.

Materials owned by Tennessee Christmas Light Installers remain the property of Tennessee Christmas Light Installers unless the customer's written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Customers should not remove, alter, relocate or modify company-owned lighting materials without authorization.

Additional work or changes requested outside the approved project scope may require additional charges.
